GOOD MORNING DEAR STUDENTS

Welcome to your English Literature session with Teacher Sebastian Cortes Forero. Here you can find the instructions you will have to follow so as to get access to all the resources and activities you are expected to develop during this lesson.

We are going to start at the beginning in order to follow your progress through Sistema Unoi platform.

First, students will have to get into the Sistema Unoi Platform and then click on Myon. Search the book that we are going to read.

Name of the book:

Chernobyl Explosion: How a Deadly Nuclear Accident Frightened the World.

 Once you have accessed to the book, you have to read these two chapters.

ACTIVITY

1-    READ THE FOLLOWING CHAPTERS: 

 Chapter one – unseen menace.    Chapter two - the path to Chernobyl

It is a requirement to read the book on MYON PLATFORM because this reading will be assessed.

2-    TAKE OUT VOCABULARY- this refers to those words that you did not the meaning. Write these words in your notebook, and look for the meaning and then, created sentences in which you can use that word.

3-    Answer the following QUESTIONS in your notebook.

➤What do these two chapters refer to? explain it. 

➤What are the best thing and the worst that caught your attention?
